Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship all U.S. orders via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs processing delays. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages 365 Body Love is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office or file a claim with USPS directly.

Candle Shipping Notice Our candles are carefully packaged to arrive safely. However, please be aware that extreme heat during transit may affect candle appearance (such as slight melting or frosting). This does not affect the quality or performance of your candle. During warmer months, we recommend being available to receive your package promptly upon delivery.
