Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). All products are handmade in small batches and prepared in-house.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned, additional shipping fees will be required to resend it.

We ship via USPS within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Tracking details will be sent to your email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Once your order is in transit, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 2 business days of delivery. All claims are reviewed at our discretion, and we will work to resolve valid concerns.

By placing an order, you agree to review all product details and ingredients prior to purchase.

Warm Weather Shipping

During warmer months, products may soften or melt in transit.

Please ensure packages are retrieved promptly upon delivery. We are not responsible for heat-related changes during or after shipping.

Melting does not affect product performance. Products may be refrigerated or re-whipped if needed. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for melting.

Press & Collaborations

For press, product reviews, or collaborations, please contact us with your website, social media channels, and proposal details via our contact form.

Candle Care & Safety

To ensure safe and optimal use:

  • Trim wicks before each burn
  • Cotton: 1/4 inch
  • Wood: 3/16 inch
  • Allow a full melt pool before extinguishing
  • Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time
  • Keep away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable materials
  • Burn on a heat-resistant surface
  • Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains
