Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Please be sure to read all information on each listing before ordering. If there are any issues with your products, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it and before leaving any feedback. We will do our best to resolve any problems, but you must contact us for us to able to do so.

Please note all orders are shipped via USPS that includes tracking. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped from our store. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. Please be aware that 365 Body Love, LLC is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves our store. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. 

Please be sure to check your address as 365 Body Love, LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable addresses. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", 365 Body Love, LLC is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.

Precautions: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. This is not recommended for those with nut or bee allergies.

Each product is hand made so no two items are identical. Please realize there will be slight variations from photos in listings. Due to the nature of natural products, some may settle, so be sure to shake or stir products before use. For optimal freshness, use products within 2 to 3 months.

Candle Care: Warning: Please exercise caution whenever using candles and/or wax melts as well as follow  our candle care card instructions that accompany each candle. 365 Body Love LLC shall not be held liable for injury, death, or damage to property, due to noncompliance and/or misuse of candles and/or wax melts.

We accept and love making custom orders. Orders must be paid in full before we begin making them. No cancellations will be accepted after production begins. Please allow up to two weeks for custom orders to be processed. Rush options are available for a small fee. Custom packaging is available as well. Price depends on the product size and design time.
